Back in 2017, I was a cast/crew member on Below Deck Season 5 & I worked as a deckhand on Valor Yacht. Captain Lee was my the Captain, Nico Scholly was the "bosun," & Kate Chastain was my roommate. Here are some of the highlights from the show from Bravo TV + any other snippets I can find.
Baker Manning Bio: Below Deck Season 5
Baker Manning comes from a big family in South Carolina, however, she is anything but a southern belle. After graduating from the College of Charleston, she began traveling and working all over the world in pursuit of unique life experiences.
She worked on private jets and sailboats but was first introduced to yachting in 2014 when she landed her first big job doubling as a deckhand and a stewardess on a privately owned motor yacht traveling throughout the Bahamas and the East Coast. Baker spends the offseason continuing to travel and explore and created a website bakermanning.com that guides and encourages others to do the same. With so many passions, from being a dance fitness instructor to a tour guide and volunteer, Baker has no plans to settle down anytime soon.
